Studio apartment on the second floor (one floor up from the ground floor) with queen size bed and separate fully equipped kitchen and picture window overlooking the courtyard and pool. Full bath with shower.  Split Ductless Central Air Conditioner.

Apartment 109

Studio apartment on the first floor with kitchenette and private little terrace.  There are two twin beds that may be put together for a comfortable King size bed as pictured. Great Mid-century retro bathroom. Terraced entrance from courtyard/pool. Families or groups may choose to open this apartment to apartment 108, a one bedroom on the Intracoastal Waterway through an interior double door.  New flat screen LED TV.

Apartment 207

This is the only waterfront Studio apartment.  Located on the second floor it has a small but fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, full size cook top and combination microwave/convection oven; apartment size dishwasher.  Walls of windows open to extraordinary views of the Intracoastal waterway with a parade of boats passing by. King size bed. Central Air conditioner. Windows on east and west allow for wonderful cross breezes. Flat screen TV.

Apartment 106

Two bedroom apartment on the waterfront at ground level. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king size bed and has a private entrance. Walls of windows in the living room and the master bedroom provide incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the parade of boats. Private terrace off the living room provides personal outdoor space.  Master bedroom has king size bed and marble bathroom with extra wide door and shower to accommodate a wheel chair.  Plasma TV.  Central Air Conditioning.

Apartment 108

This is our only one bedroom apartment on the waterfront.  Spectacular views from a wall of windows in the living room and dining room out over the garden and lounging deck to the Intracoastal Waterway.  There is an extra large fully equipped kitchen. King size bed.  This is our most luxurious one bedroom apartment.  Central Air Conditioning.  Flat screen TV.  This apartment may be joined to Apartment 109, a studio apartment, through an interior double door.

Apartment 206

Two bedroom apartment on the second floor with same floor plan as #106. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and the second bedroom has two twin beds that may be made up as a king size bed and a private entrance. Walls of glass in the living room and master bedroom provide incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the parade of boats.  Private balcony runs across both the living room and master bedroom.  Central Air Conditioning.  Plasma flat screen TV in Living Room.

Apartment 208

Largest two bedroom apartment.  Located on the second floor with a wall of windows in the living room and dining room providing extraordinary views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the parade of boats. Step out on your private balcony to get even closer.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath and personal balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. The guest bedroom has two twin beds which may be made into a king size bed and a private bath in the hallway. Luxurious furnishings complement this oversized apartment.  Central Air Conditioning.  Plasma TV in Living Room.
